Seat interchangeability question

Ive got an 04 f350 4 door and have an opportunity to get a cheap cheap price on an 02 excursion with leather interior. Ive found info that front seats are compatible but i cant find wether or not i can swap my rear seats with seats from the excursion. Does anyone know if i can fit em. Not concerned about wiring ty

The Excursion 2nd row seats are different than those in the second row of a crew-cab Super Duty of the same vintage.
