I’m wiring up a utility bed on a 96 2WD F250 with the 460 and I grounded out the passenger side brown running light wire on accident and now I have no running lights, front or rear at all. I’ve checked fuses, can’t find anything. Anybody know where else I can look to track this issue down?

did you try checking all your fuses, and do you have turns and brake? is your ground on that harness working?
Also DRL is different from running lights
Our trucks never came with DLR, so I assume he means running lights. Have you checked the fuses under the hood in the power distribution box. That's where some of the light fuses live.
The other fuse box is by the driver's left knee, but you probably found that one. Fuse 4 is for the exterior lights.

The OBS trucks sold in Canada had DRL but they wouldnt be the tail lights ,just the headlights run at 6 volts.
Found the blown fuse. Missed it on my initial sweep of all of them. Thanks all.
make sure your new bed utilizes 2 halogen brake/turn/run lamps like OE or at least has resistors so that the transmission can operate correctly also the CHMSL is a good thing to have working too
