Running board lights

Hi all,

I have a 08 F350 XLT with the 6.4 deisel. I am trying to instal running board lights. Any suggestrions on how to tap into the existing running lights?

I see that there are a bunch of wires going through the firewall but arent connected to anything. Can I use these?

You could tap into the running lights near your headlight assembly.

This is how the recon setup is utilized.

Is there a pigtail or did you cut into the power feed to the running lights.

You may have plugs underneath the truck for these already but I'm not sure what year they started putting these on. Read this thread and it'll tell you what to look for.
