So i have searched and this is just too common of terms or i don't know how to do it,
But i have a 2011 f150 crew, are all of the door checks the same? i need a rear passenger one, it pops like it is going to break. all i can find listed is for front. and seems like it does not matter for side.
Sorry about a simple question but local ford dealer wants 70 bucks for one. so looking for an aftermarket one.

You can get a pair for each of the front/rear doors from this place https://northlightlabs.com/ for the price of 2 Ford door checks and they come with an extra detent for holding the door at just the right spacing. As far as I know they are not left and right, just front and rear.
I put a set on the front of my truck years ago and they still work great.
Thanks for the link to those modified ones.
I was looking for the ford # or a amazon or ebay # so i could buy a cheap one. the door is not used much, but it sounds like it is going to break.
If not, i will probably go with the ones above.
I have always called it a door check, don't know what else to call it?
Thanks again
