2006 Escape Power Lock Issue
Sorry this is so long, but wanted to give the full background. Sometime things I think are irrelevant may actual be necessary information.
My son's battery dies, so I go to jump it to get him home. I inadvertently reversed to jumper cables (duh!). Quickly realized the error and corrected.
We jump the car and get it home. I pull the battery and take it to be tested and it tests good. I charge the battery, reinstall it and drive it to the repair
shop for a new alternator. After the alternator is replaced none of the gauges or power accessories work. I assumed this was due to blown fuses
from the jumper cable screw up. I found several blown fuses and replace them all. All were inside the cabin, none under the hood. Now everything works
EXCEPT the Power locks will not unlock from the key fob or from any interior button. Lock works fine, only unlock is a problem. Just for fun,
I removed the switches and cleaned the contacts, still no unlock.
So here's the question, short of replacing the entire Smart Junction Box, does anyone know which relays control the power locks and can they be replaced individually? I know there are 2. Driver Lock/Unlock and All Lock/Unlock.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

...or replace the SJB. It does require programming upon replacement. You can use Forscan (with recommended OBDII interface and free extended license) to save the configuration of the old module and load that into the replacement module.
