Hydra?
I recently bought a new 2002 f250 it came with a hydra chip in it, a few days ago the ECM went bad and I replaced it with a 2001 f250 ECM until I get my new ECM in, am I able to reset my hydra chip to program to work on the 2001 or can I just put my chip into the 2001 ECM and will it work?

I don't understand the nuance of it, but different pcms have different codes.... if I understand correctly the hydra is not specific to a singular pcm, but IS specific to the code type... so the answer would be "maybe" you can run it, if the code matches. Better minds should come along to correct soon.

It'll run and drive. It's not a permanent fix by any means.
The charging system won't work, the water in fuel light will be on, and you'll end up with a flashing TCS (overdrive "off" light) due to a P0500 because the ABS module won't talk to the PCM.
