Bright lights only
I have no dim lights, one light only I assume.
Pushing dimmer on floor will give me both lights on so I know they work.

Bad low beam filiment in the light, bad dimmer switch, broken or unhooked wires?

Sounds like dimmer switch to me as you have power up to it to run all four bulbs, but the switch doesn't activate just the singles for low. The switch lives in a tough environment. That was one improvement that has happened to trucks that is great, moving the dimmer to the steering wheel.

Trucks at exhaust shop now getting new true dual Magnaflow dumped in front of rear wheels.
I will get on it when it gets back.
