Ignition spins Free
Hey guys I’m working on a 1997 f-250 7.3 it’s my buddy’s truck and we where chasing down some wires on why the blinkers weren’t working. Long story short a forum lead us to believe it was the ignition interpreter so we finally got it out and replaced it. I had the ignition switch out a number of times and it worked just fine. As soon as we got the new interpreter in I put the ignition switch it and it spun free not turning on the lights or anything when I went to turn the key on and start the truck and it does nothing. I’m lost at what to do and don’t want to mess anything up, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Your right I did put something together incorrectly, i fixed that and it all worked just fine. 30 minutes into driving he said his blinkers went out again, his hazards don’t work and his breaks don’t disengage the cruise control. When he does out his hazards on his ABS light blinks a lot. I think 15 fast ones and the 16th a bit slower. I’m not sure what that’s about has anyone had any trouble with this before?
