Good day for allI don't know why ford company put this cover and if you can explain it to me and where can I find a new one

I believe it's an access panel for a fender bolt. You are not going to find a new one but I'm sure somebody will have a used one.

Not all trucks got them. The part number is a C4TZ indicating first use in 1964. They weren't installed on 1961 - 1963 trucks. Even after 1964 the 4x4 trucks didn't get them whether Standard or Custom Cab except 1966 F100 4x4. And none of the Standard Cab trucks seemed to have gotten them either.

I misspoke. I'm amazed at some of the parts they reproduce while at the same time amazed at the parts they won't.
