I have a 2016 F250 4x4 6.7; while pulling my 5th wheel, I got an overheating alert. The truck has 75,000 miles and has been serviced at the Ford dealer. The temperature would decrease to around the middle when I slowed down to under 50 mph. But If I tried to speed up, even on a flat area, the temperature would go up past 3/4. I would let off before I got the "H." I have seen many posts about this issue and the higher temps being regular. It has never done this with this trailer, not the overheating alarm or higher temps. I have read about the coolant needing to be changed out because it can lose its "wet" ability, whatever that is. All fluid levels are complete, and the fan is working. And my warranty just expired at 75,000, and I am at 75,140.
