Good morning! I recently took over a company and they had this truck for about 9 years, apparently it used to run but it has a dead battery currently. I dont really want to put money into it to get it running and I dont think i would ever use it. So i am looking to get rid of it.. i was just thinking of "selling" it to pick n pull, we've been paying insurance and registration on it even though it hasnt been moved in 6+ years... any ideas on what to do with it?
If it "ran when parked" and just has a dead battery, it might be worth a battery and fuel flush to make it a runner.
It appears to be unmolested and in overall pretty good shape. But they don't bring that much money even as a runner. $500 as a non-op, vs. maybe $5000 for a runner--if someone wants that box.
Spend an hour on it and see if you can make it run.
I agree with 85e150. That does look like one very clean looking truck. If the undercarriage of it is not too rusted, it would be worth the effort and money to get it running. Depending on how it drives once running, it could be worth some good money to someone looking to buy a truck of this size. Looks to be equipped with a CAT 3208 backed by a five speed and two speed rear axle by the photos provided.

Hey! I was wondering if you still have the truck and if you were still thinking of parting ways with it,
