Looking for assistance identifying the hose/tube in the below picture. It runs along the passenger side back to what looks like the rear fuel tank area but I lose track of where it ultimately ends. Feels like a hard plastic rather than a rubber and it is currently capped off. The cap is badly split and I'm wondering if it is causing vacuum issues. I have no background on really anything auto/engine related but I'm trying to learn what I can so any and all input is greatly appreciated. Apologies in advance for the picture.. it was hard to get any sort of angle showing where the hose leads.
If the hole /barb fitting on throttle body isnt plugged that could cause issues, especially if throttle body has 2 barb fittings on it, depends on year, of truck.
