Message FordPass

I picked up my new Superduty 2022 6.7 Lariat Last week traded in 2017 same options.
So the with the new FordPass app I keep getting a message
Remote Features disabled to preserve battery.Saying battery level is low saying can fix by going for long ride keeping AC off to charge battery faster etc.
I know this truck is new but I have 500 miles on truck and went on trip the other day 175 miles.
The message also say if truck does not start ,jump start and contact preferred dealer.
Anyone ever get this message on FordPass?
Keep getting this message
Thanks

I used to occasionally get messages about the battery being low. It mostly happened on cold mornings. Ford pass quite working for me this spring, I have been meaning to get to the dealership to get it working. But I really didn’t use the app for much. Not something I need.

It might not hurt to put a battery charger on your battery and have it load tested. You may have a weak battery.

I find the messages I get in the winter months kinda amusing. I was getting a message that the front collision was working and to get service immediately, when it was just snow and ice on the cameras and sensors. My truck tends to have some snow / ice on it from November until April.

never had the message even when gone for a couple of months and the truck went into deep sleep.

I think you should return and have them test the batteries, disconnected from the truck and individually.

The idoits will probably check the charging system with the truck running with both batteries and tell you all is ok.

Maybe a loose battery terminal not letting the battery charge properly?

I’d take it back and have them check it out. Could be bad batteries or a lose connection somewhere.

I get those message from time to time on my 2020. I ignore them. Never been any type of issue. Everything works as if you drove it ten minutes ago.

I got 13 of these notifications in about 3 days on my new week old 22 F350....and my batteries where almost dead.
Built end of Aug.
Took overnight to charge them back up.
Something is definitely draining the batteries.
Had it 2 days all ok
Enable wifi....the above happened.
Disable wifi....was ok for 2 days.
Then it started again..
Had had another 22 F350 built in Oct 2021....I would get these notifications if it had been parked for 3-4 days....which was normal.
Batteries where always fine.
Definetly something up with the new software.
I will disable everything and log out of FordPass...until a fix is available....
