Recently had my 75 Ford F100 XLT repainted and after accepting the truck back, I realized the “XLT” badge was not attached very tight, seems like when they removed the badge, they must have lost the clips or round covers on the studs in the rear of the badge that help it clip on firmly. Where can I find replacement little clips, I only need 4 (2 holes for each badge). Any idea where these can be found or possibly a work around of fix for attaching badges properly.
That.s them, exactly what I was looking for, probably have to place an order for a few other things to justify the shipping cost. I appreciate the link!
Well get extra, because it the hole diameter has a lot of paint in it and you do not want to rat tail file it just a bit. When you put the clip in the hole and then put the badge on it, it could be very hard to get it on there. I would guess you could put the clips on the badge stud and install them that way?

Any other suggestions for this part? Bronco Graveyard is asking $14 to ship a wiper **** and 2 sets of those XLT badges, can’t bring myself to pay more for shipping than what I am buying. Is there a “hack” for this or anything?
Auto parts/industrial type store or try an automotive paint store, the ones with the body shop supplies. If you put the clips on the studs first, they will be very hard to install, it kind of expands them.
Now that I think about it, yes put the plastic barrel in the body and carefully put the badge in place. If you do not like the cost of repop badges and or the shipping, just get some Testers model paint and overhaul your badges and then clear coat. Add some RTV to the pins and stick them.
