Since your '66 already has the pentroof valve covers with PCV and oil fill, you should be able to bolt that right up.
It's a two person job in most cases as that manifold weighs 80 lbs or better.
Most of the comments on manifold installation say to use RTV on the china walls, not the cork gaskets.
With a stock engine and stock exhaust manifolds, a smallish 4bbl--500 to 600 cfm--would probably work best.

Many years ago installed the same intake on my 64 352/390 Thunderbird engine w/. a mild 4bbl carb. and the 65 F100 runs great. Only significant change was that I went to a EI system and eliminated the cold winter morning hard starting issues.
