Remote Start Issue
"Taking longer than normal" lately with only one remote start in the last 5 tries.
Truck is locked, window up etc. Is there some way to reset this myself? Is it a weak system. Everything else is good at 8200 miles so I hate to go to a dealer just for that.

Sorry, I should have described it better.... I was referring to the amount of fuel / gas in your tank. When my truck has below ¼ of a tank, the remote start doesn't always work.

I don't have AT&T but the coverage where I am is good. It is a new issues of not starting, lock and unlock doesn't work either.

The app does seem to have issues from time to time. This could just be one of those times. You could try deleting the app then reinstalling, or seeing if there is an update.

I have been having issues like this with the FordPass app. I have AT&T service and it doesn't matter how good the service is where the truck is parked or whether my phone is right next to it or miles away. Whenever I hold the lock icon to lock it and it starts swirling like it's loading I can set my phone down and it will just continue to act like this forever. I have to force stop the app multiple times and it will finally work.

I have an Android phone and it worked fine the first few times I used the app. I do have 2 separate trucks in the app but its in a different state and I haven't even driven the 2nd truck yet to see if it works any different.
