I am installing a GDP Throttle Booster on a 2016 F350 Powerstroke. It seems pretty straight forward on the install since it's just plug and play with a connector foe the throttle pedal and a jumper that runs to a module. When installed it throws code P2138 - Throttle Position Sensor Switch D/E Correlation fault. Does anyone have any experience with installing one? I've rechecked the connections several times and I don't see any wire pin or connector faults. The code clears instantly when I remove the system back to factory.

you should contact the product manufactuer. a lot of them re-purpose their in-line circut iterupters to be used a cross numerous vehicle types....assuming their anolog device will be 100% compatiable with anolog and ditigal systems.
I do know that a lot of oflks use the banks pedal commander with no issues....

I'd also ask them if they have a fail safe built into that Throttle Booster meaning if the device fails, will it maintain the pedal... Many of these manufacturers don't have a bypass built into their throttle pedal systems. And if you're on a hill pulling a load, that would not be good.
But I would contact them to get this resolved as fritz said.
