Updating Maps etc.

Maps A12 came today and I inserted it in the slot. It loaded right up. I haven't updated the SYNC yet. Maybe do that tomorrow when I have to drive the truck. I appreciate all your help.

I went on a trip today and inserted the sync USB files. It started the process of doing it's thing. After awhile it got stuck on the 4th out 10 files and just stayed there. I drove probably 45 minutes.
Don't understand what could have happened. Did I not allow it to finish? I thought it wasn't supposed to take more than 30 minutes.

Ok got it done this go round. I ended up having to pull it out and reinsert it to make it start over. Many thanks.
