AC Vacuum diagram
Any one got a 92-96 7.3 AC vacuum line diagram?
Attempted to put on that fancy CP Addict cold ac valve that uses the outside air motor vacuum but appears the hard white line is acting up once i touched it and no longer closing outside air. AC works great in Norm and can switch to defrost, floor,... but want to get my Max running right without outside air.
Although I did hear vacuum to the AC is pretty simple. Black hose from vacuum pump through the harness into the firewall (with the white hard hose from the recirc motor in the engine bay) into the dash. but from there, no idea what goes where.
Thanks in advance.

Well, never found the 92-96 7.3 AC vacuum diagram, but did read on some bronco forum that peeling back the wire bundle that the white vacuum tube enters from the AC re-circulation motor gets hard and breaks. Sure enough. When I exposed some of the white vacuum line in the loom, it looked much better. Just cut off the bad section of white hose with some good rubber vacuum hose and bam, no more outside air when on Max. Got the AC down to 55*, considering its 99* outside right now. wrapped the bundle with heat resistant electrical tape. Just need a T connector to connect the coolant line from the water pump to get that "max ac".

welcome
also if you take the blower off, you can see the gunk that has been built up on it
My resistor was covered in mouse nest shorting it out
the drain was clogged up with nesting too
after i hosed it all out, it smells so much better in the cab and so much cooler with improved air flow.
