Any chance that your brakes on that side are dragging? Pull the pins and Teflon grease them, but be sure the caliper rocks freely or grease the caliper sliders before you reattach the pins.

before you play with shims.....did you install a single new steering damper or install a single steering stabilizer ? things to check...does the shock used have dampening in both directions? can the shock air pressure be adjusted? a steering damper with an air valve may sometimes need nitrogen adjustments to correct drift.

I installed a single bilstein 5100 damper to try and eliminate any potential issues. No adjustability but it does seem to have dampening in both directions yes

bilsteins are monotube shocks, so its high pressure, meaning theyre hard to compress. it could be pushing. I'd assume bilstein runs them at lower pressures for stabilizer duty but i dont know. i dont have issues with my single fox stabilizer though. same idea, same design. prolly alignment, did you ask the shop after you noticed it pulling?

I had it aligned after level and caster shim install and it pulled, tried the new damper and rechecked the alignment. All within spec. Drives decent just annoying left pull. I may play with the toe a little and if that doesn’t feel better try and increase my caster a little more. How..I’m not sure yet
The SPC 2.3/2.6 combo is used to compensate for road crown allowing you to track straighter for longer
I have that setup currently yes…it pulls left which makes me think maybe I don’t have enough caster on the drivers side. How can I increase it a little bit more

right, but if you tell them it's pulling they should know what adjustment to make to solve that and still keep it "in spec" IMO ford spec sucks, hence the tons of death wobble threads related to ford oem alignment. is the alignmetn tech over compensating for the crown in the road possibly?

I know little about alignments, can the tech add caster to driver side without changing shims?
