J = Detroit model 6-71 426 CID in-line six cylinder two stroke supercharged diesel engine.
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
HA7293 = 1980 numerical series
9A = white
204 = 204 inch wheelbase
U900 = LT900 diesel, 43,000 lbs GVWR. This conflicts with the listed GVWR of 50,000, but your truck was a special order which did include the heavier axles etc for the greater GVWR (see axle ratings below)
DZ8 = I do not have upholstery info, but this looks like a standard cab.
