Oil Pan
If someone here has access to a parts book, can you tell me if there are differences in the oil pans used on 170 cu. in. engines. Mine has a huge dent, I've found one on line for Falcon, Mustang etc. but it doesn't show a P-100 on the "fits" list. I can't seem to find one listed for a 66 P-100, I think the one I found will work but I don't want to buy it and find out its different if I can help it. Thanks!

My interchange manual shows the same pan for 144 & 170 I6's form 61-77. 61-64-C4DZ-6675-B & 65 up, D5DZ-6675-A. If it looks right, it most likely is. There is another one that fit 66-70 Bronco's with 170's C6JZ-6675-A.
