Hey folks 2002 f250 7.3
recently pulled the turbo for a few upgrades from Riff Raff ( compressor wheel and ebv delete pedestal and housin lg and AIH delete) and oil pan for replacement. With reinstall truck is out of power, smokes a bit under a heavy tune, which is new, won’t go above 80. I’m about to pull the fuel filter for replacement. What else could possibly be my issue?
all vacuume lines are plumbed in and all intercoller pipes are good. There is some soot on the firewall behind the turbo but that clamp is tight
