Which raw material would you like to know? Our certified 321 Stainless tubing comes direct from RathGibson in Wisconsin, our 321 Stainless plate for flanges comes from Portland, Oregon, the 321 Stainless custom made bellows from California. All raw material is from American mills, then we mandrel bend, TIG weld, and assemble in-house. Then we use 100% made in USA custom printed boxes to package, and shrink wrap again, right here in-house. We are the only manufacturer of 321 Bellowed up-pipes, and the only ones that I am aware of that are made in the USA. All of this allows us to make a superior product that supports multiple industries.
...and this is why i am waiting!

Clay this is a little more detail than your product description, mine have been on for several years and still in perfect condition. Install and forget! I love it.

I’ve had pretty good luck with full force diesels up pipes but I’d say next best option is most definitely riffraff diesel ones. This truck just got manifolds full force up pipes and riffraff intake and plenum boots. Along with a set of 160/30 rosewood diesel injectors. Motorcraft glow plugs and Dorman valve cover gaskets. I can say from experience that any exhaust leak pre turbo will definitely cause a lose in power.

Installed drivers side up pipe yesterday. Hardest part of the job was letting tranny down so I could get pipe out. Supposed to “slide out from below”, but seemed to get nowhere until I lowered trans.

Left passenger side for another day, as it is NOT currently leaking. Attached up pipe to baby’s butt first (as per Riff Raff’s instructions) and tightened manifold to up pipe last. Was a thin gap at pipe to manifold junction that I closed up by tightening bolts. Did the bellows stretch out a bit to accommodate that? Assuming so…

No real pull yet, but boost doesn’t seem any better and EGTs the same. No exhaust leak however.

I am going to hook on to the trailer in the next couple of days and give it a go. But if no change going to order a KC 300x Stage 1.

What should I be seeing for boost on a healthy stock system at 3,000? Will the 300x give more boost? If so, what kind of PSI should I expect at 3,000?

Thanks!
Chris

I was around 15psi I think on stock injectors, ZF (in OD) 4.10:1 gears, and 30.5" tall tires. ICP and IPR good.

Manifolds leak, check there too. My driver side popped a leak so I have slightly elevated EGTs now.

When I had stock turbo and injectors but efuel and t500, exhaust ,intake, and antique tunes I could touch 30psi. Imo thats a best case scenario.
