XTools Diagnostic Scanners

I'm looking at getting a diagnostic scanner and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the xTools D7 or D8. I know most use the AE or Forscan but I have three other brands of vehicles I have to maintain and am trying to cover the most bases I can.
