Problem with Ford Pass app
I don't have remote start on my vehicles, but use the Ford Pass app to start them. My usual routine is to start it, then walk out to truck a few minutes later, turn key in the ignition and be on my way. The next time I try to use the app to start my truck, it thinks my truck is already running, even though it might be the next day. So then I have to either use the lock function or the stop function to reset the app so I can then remote start it. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it, but still doesn't work right. This happens on both my 250 and my wife's escape. It also happens with her app as well.
Anyone have this issue and did you ever get it fixed?
