1990 E150 radio install

I also posted in the Econoline section but I figured I might ask here also:Alright here's the problem. Removed the OEM radio which has a separate amp behind it, which I left in place. I wired in an aftermarket Pyle radio. I know the Pyle radio is good because I had it installed in my Harley. The radio powers on and has all functions I'm just getting no sound, so I'm thinking that it may have something to do with the amplifier. Does anyone know if I have to bypass a wire or if I have to unplug the amp and bypass it? Any and all help is appreciated.
This is the harness I bought to plug into the OEM Ford harness and yes the radio is wired correctly just now sound.

It's best to wire around the factory amplifier. You just need to find the speaker wires that are leaving the factory amp, cut them, and bring them up to the new radio. I did a little searching and did not find a diagram right off, but I will keep looking. A good way to verify if you have the correct wires is to get a small AA battery and put that across the wires. That speaker should make a popping noise each time you put the wires to the battery.
