Help with P0305 code
Hello all. My 99 F250 is throwing a cylinder 5 misfire code. Weird thing is, it never gave me a check engine warning. Is that normal. It felt sluggish and idle seemed a bit rough so I put my code reader on it. It does not have the original coil packs on it. My question is what is the most likely culprit? My plan is to replace the coil pack and spark plug regardless but what are the chances it is an injector or something potentially more serious. Thanks.

If it's an OBD1 calibration, yes.
Probably. You could always swap with an easily accessible cylinder to see if the misfire moves or stays with the original cylinder.
