Threads with High Trim Payload Stickers

I'm having a heck of a time finding the threads I had seen earlier of the yellow payload door stickers on high trim F150 trucks. I feel certain I had seen them here. Can anyone help as I've done searches with little luck. Cannot seem to find them now.

I have 1850 for payload sticker on my Lariat, with max tow and standard range battery. Just beware and heads up that there are no LT tires that come with the F150 Lightning. These trucks are also as heavy as the diesels, mine is 8250 GVWR, just keep that in mind.

Thanks for posting. Our F150 Platinum 4x2 145"WB has a GVWR of 7050 with a payload of 1777. This worked out good for us as the combination of comfort/ride vs enough payload. I was somewhat disturbed about discovering that the tires were not LT but for the time being, will see how they ride towing the tt with ~850# on the receiver. Plan to do a trip to Love's for full weight soon.

No worries, keep in mind I am giving you the Payload for an F150 Lightning, not an ICE truck. Either way, in my opinion you should get LT tires, that will increase your safety margin and be worry free!

PowerBoost information

I don’t have link to thread. This is the Lightning forum, but I have some data on PowerBoost F150’s
XLT- 4x2, 157wb, max tow, 7.2Kw, 20”wheels, tailgate step, chrome= 1843#
Lariat-mid- 4x4, 145wb, tow tech, 7.2Kw, FX4, 20”wheels, chrome= 1569#
Lariat-mid- 4x4, 145wb, max tow, MR (moonroof), 7.2Kw, FX4, BU (bed utility- power tailgate, step)= 1414#
Lariat-hi- 4x4, 145wb, trailer tow, MR, 7.2Kw, FX4, 20”wheels, BU= 1425#
Lariat-hi- 4x4, 145wb, max tow, MR, 7.2Kw, FX4, 20”wheels, BU= 1401# (two versions of this with same payload)
Lariat-hi- 4x4, 145wb, max tow, MR, 7.2Kw, FX4, 20”wheels, Lock box, scales= 1389#
King Ranch-std- 4x2, 145wb, 7.2Kw, 18”wheels= 1870#
King Ranch-hi-4x4, max tow, MR, 7.2Kw, FX4, 20”wheels, BU= 1301#

Platinum and Limited have more included options as standard, thus probably in the 1100-1200# range

Obviously, I called multiple dealers and asked favor of salesman to go look at the door sticker and I downloaded the window sticker. Point- almost all salesmen were clueless about the yellow sticker. Most thought they could get the payload from the window sticker and all quoted the maximum payload. Above, I have not included more minor things like adaptive steer, work surface, 360 camera etc.
4x4, FX4, MR, BU= around 400#
My estimate is 20” vs 18” wheels might add around 46# (tire and wheel)

In general, avoid some of the high weight options can salvage around 400# of payload to 1750-1800# range on the PowerBoost.

Don’t know if this is what you are looking for, but hope it helps.
BTW-
https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/atta...ecs-pdf.12613/
helps with the base payloads and weight of options (not all)
You might be able to use the above information and the f159gen14 web page to extrapolate to some of the other configurations and powertrains.

Ours not an electric truck. So I'm in the wrong forum. That is exactly what we found - all the dealer sales and even the online purchase manager had no clue about payload. After a lot of working with our sales guy, roaming the lot, making notes, etc, I seemed to have educated him. DW insisted on comfort and luxury in a pickup. We were coming from a dually Ram and 5R. Seriously rough ride. Below is our finished product we took delivery of 2 weeks ago:

Very good for a Platinum. My friend’s Platinum 1100#, powertrain?
I have a King Ranch Powerboost on order- estimate to be in your range (fingers crossed)

These are photos from my dealer's demo truck. It's a Lariat extended-range trim.

Must be a really heavy truck as the GVWR is 1500# over our loaded short Platinum. But it has a payload 100# less. Seems strange.

Yeah EV's are heavy due to the battery pack.

From what I gather, the battery for the extended-range Lightning is about 1,800 lbs. That’s a heckuva lot heavier than a gasoline engine, transmission, and fuel tank. Then add in the weight of the electric motors and rear suspension, which I’d guess is heavier than a comparable solid axle. Quick door sticker math on that demo shows that the truck weighs just under 7,000 lbs.
