Clutch Problems

I have a 93 F 250 4x4 with a 7.3 power stroke. The clutch piviot that connects to the master cylinder always wears out. The plastic retainer and the metal ball wear. Any ideas on how to fix this. I have replaced the slave and master cylinder and just 3 months ago replaced the clutch but I still have the problem.

the piston that pushes into the master might be missaligned.
Check your haynes manual on how to correclty align this with the clutch master, then it shoudln't wear out.
Remember if its slightly off as to going strait in, it can cause a lot of wear after useing clutch.

Everthing is aligned. The pedel has been hard to push forever. I think ford needs to redesign this thing.
