I'm working on a 2002 F250 with ESOF. The truck sat for about 3 years and has some electrical issues that I am slowly trying to figure out. It has been stuck in 4HI since I got it home and got it running, but the vacuum hubs don't work so I have just been driving around with the hubs unlocked. I would like to get the system working so I am starting to troubleshoot it. I started with relays and fuses, they seem to check out. I do not have power to the dash switch or to the two prong connector at the transfer case. I did not check the 6 prong connector. The 4x4 and 4LO lights come on for a second when you start the truck, but go out even with it stuck in 4HI. I kind of think it might be the GEM. It has some corrosion on it, but I'm hoping somebody with more experience will chime in and let me know what else to check.
