4x4 problems

I have a 2001 ford f 250 with v10. My 4x4 is not working. All fuses are good. The relays are good. What next? How can I tell if it's the switch, the transfer case motor, or the gem. Any help would be appreciated.thanks

What are the symptoms. It's probably $4 worth of vacuum hose.

probably a vacuum leak. if you manually lock the hubs up front and then engage 4x4 in the cab, does the system work?

The problem is the transfer case is not getting power. No lights in dash. No clicks. Nothing. Manually locking the hubs is irrelevant if the transfer case goes not engage. Maybe the next step is to bench test the transfer case motor and see if it's good

That would have been helpful to know before...the motor might be shot. I think there is a way you can manually engage the transfer case if you take the motor off but I don't know how

this is what it looks like without the motor on except for the hole and threads I made mine into a manual shift just turn it it will to engage all gears except neutral you have detents for 2h 4h 4l
