Slip yoke problem
Slip yoke problem
Hey guys, I’ve recently done a 4x2 to 4x4 swap on my 94. The transmission and transfer case are from a 92 f250. My slip yoke on my 94 is too small and leaks transmission fluid when I used it to drive. Anyone have a link or know where to find a 4x4 slip yoke for a 92 4x4?

Jeffs Bronco Graveyard would probably have slipyokes, I think they did when I was searching for a solution for the other end when I was swapping in a superduty driveline to my '93.
How much is too small? did you replace the seal on the transfer case? There is also a bushing in the end of the transfer case, when the bushing wears, the slipyoke can wiggle and I believe that can also cause leaks, even with a new seal.

I will try Jeff’s bronco grevyard, thank you for pointing me in some direction.
