Try fuse 51 50A fuse, it provides power to fuses that you stated had no power. Fuse 51 power all the time, the others you listed power when ignition is on.
I guess my next step will be to pull the fuse box out and see what’s back there. The above fuses are all dead no power to them. Maybe a jumper wire has corroded and not transferring the power over.
If anyone comes up with anything else to try I’m all ears.
When I get it fixed I’ll come back and let you know.
Mice... they like hot wires and chew them given the chance, lost one of my HID headlights a few yrs ago, bought a new bulb, rplc'd it, no light.. started looking, mice chewed through the hot. Needless to say I stopped feeding my cats for a few days until they brought me a present/remnants.
I would look under the fuse box, see if they got in there and had fun, and get an outside katten or 2
Lost all power to my 03 F350 a few years back, I had to replace the fuse block under the dash. Water had gotten in and corroded the circuit board in the back of the block.

Mice are always a problem around here but can’t find any chewed wires under the dash.

Pulled the fuse panel completely out. What a job. At least it’s just plug and play. Doesn’t look like there is any water damage. Pulled the back off and the board is clean and shiny. No signs of burnt spots either. I won’t pull the board out to look for breaks in the circuits. That’s way above my pay grade.
Sounds like you're going to need the wiring schematics and a VM to start back tracing your lines for power....but IMO, if you have power going into your fuse block and only certain fuses are dead on both sides. You probably have a bad board in the block, but you're still going to have to investigate. Might be worth your time to just buy another fuse block and swap it to see if that's the problem. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw...EaAmqgEALw_wcB
I think you may be right. Fuses 30, 31, 32, 46 & 47 are dead on the hot side. I may try to jump power over to those fuses and see if it helps anything before I spend more money on it.
Thanks for your help.
Well. I sure wouldn’t suggest jumping the fuse panel out. It causes all kind of funny things to happen. My advice, JUST DON’T DO IT.
Now for the good news. The fuses started working again. ?? I don’t know why.
The bad news, it didn’t help the 4WD
at all. No changes. I’m going to have to ponder this one some more.
Thanks for all the help and if anyone has any more suggestions please let me know.
This is sounding interesting. An "Inspector Clouseau" thriller.....Please let us know what the outcome is. I can't help out, mine is a manual shifter...
