High Idle

I just finished a 4R100 to ZF6 swap on my e99 CCSB. I kept the electric transfer case and currently still have the original PCM. It runs great! It's what I have wanted since I purchased this truck in 2005. The only thing is that the idle is a bit high now. About 850-900rpm most of the time. Any ideas? Thanks for reading this.

The pcm needs a re-burn. They are specific to the transmission almost as much as the engines.
