You mention it is not the timing belt
Your engine has two timing chains. Are you sure that one has not jumped time?
Did someone pull the valve covers and check?
Your rash of codes means to me that the shop was disconnecting things for test, and now you need to clear the codes and retest

At 10.6 volts the processor will output codes
10.6 is a dead battery that will not fire the ABS pump (hence the code)
Low battery voltage itself will cause a rash of codes
She has been driving it around apparently so the battery cannot be all that dead
However, if you have low battery codes, something is wrong with the battery or its buss/ feed to the processor
Battery is brand new. Just been started twice with it. Hasn’t been running since January. The garage got it started in July and just said it was timing because it does when put in gear I ran a test and fixed a vacuum line myself. Ran a new test got this results. I only drove it home yesterday because they don’t have any time to work on it. I’m not sure on the timing thing no but I Assumed if it wasn’t broke before the stater went out then I don’t know why it would be broke If it’s not been driven for nine months. It’s louder than ever and act like it’s not for oomph to go down the road but it soes go
