MSD Ignition Module
I have an MSD ignition in a stock distributor. It has run fine for years. I hit the road and suddenly lost power to all cylinders. Coasted to a stop and the motor started just fine. Drove 40 miles, no problem.
Yesterday, took the old '73 out for a spin, drove two miles and the event happened again. Stopped, started the motor drove a mile and again lost power. Restarted and made my trip without problems
i'm thinking the module is failing. I've carried a spare for years. Time to change?.
