What’s that tone?
I have a 1999 F 250 with the 7.3. 199500 miles. When I turn on the ignition I get the wait to start and when it goes out there is a tone that sounds. Always been that way. No problem. Now I noticed sometimes I don’t get the tone at start up. Sometimes I hear it while driving. Sometimes several times while driving. Is this some kind of indicator? Thanks for any info on this.
