I am looking to install a bull bar on my truck so I went to American Truck, found one, and posted a question asking if the bar will interfere with any sensors mounted on the front of my truck. The website said your question will be answered within three days so I check back.
I cannot find the question I posted so I post again. Wait three days, check back, again my question has disappeared. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
I want to get a response in writing in case there is an issue hence the reason I have not called to ask

Did you just post a question on the product page? Did you try the chat feature, or just send an email? Sometimes when using the chat feature some companies will also offer a discount through it.
Of course the original question is probably about a specific bar, but while shopping around online myself I did see some bars that do mention interference.
The screenshot below is for a Black Horse stainless bar from RealTruck.
I guess the only thing holding me back is thinking that the front license plate will be blocked. Also it appears that installation requires tow hook removal. Not sure how if I'm willing to do that.
I would send a message straight to the company whether email or via the chat now option. Often times those questions on product pages are answered by other customers.
I had to block those clowns. I put in my correct truck info and I was getting 3-4 emails a day from them...more if I made the mistake to click on one.... and all for parts that weren't for my truck. (17-19 in lieu of 20-22) Unsubscribe did not work
Many of these companies exist only as a web site and an office. There is no warehouse, no shipping. receiving or product in stock. You place an order with them and they send the order to the manufacturer who then fulfills the order direct. If something goes sideways they are nearly powerless to fix it, and product knowledge is non existent because they have never had their hands on the product.
Companies like E-trailer, Summit Racing actually have warehouses and hundreds of employees and real people to answer the phones. They have pictures of their people and facilities. If they won't return your emails, they won't return your money either.
