Innie Wheel Tubeless Tire Mounting

Innie Wheel Tubeless Tire Mounting
Researching the “Innie” rims and read that these do not have a good lip for tubeless radial tire mounting.
I was hoping to install these on my truck with new tubeless radials.
light duty use… new tires. Conservative grocery getting driving.
Is it recommended to mount these tires or not? I read both sides of the argument on another forum.
thoughts from your experiences appreciated. Any issues or concerns?

Mount them.
That is, assuming you’ve one-piece rims that has have inside lips not devoured by rust. I have had zero problems throughout ownership of two F250’s - a 1959 and my current 1966., dating back over thirty years. The 59 was a daily commuter for three years in the Santa Cruz Mtns., and on Bay Area Freeways. You’’ll have no problems. Plenty of fear-mongering on this topic over the years, with no first hand proof that I’m aware of.

'62 F100 4WD with 16" innies (not split rim).
I ran an old set of Toyo tubeless forever.
This year - new 215/85R16 Ironman from tirebuyer.com - $440 delivered with coupon code.
Skinny and tall. They look good. Easy install, just clean your beads and they pop into the seats nicely at about 20 psi.
I've got about 500 miles on them, mostly offroad, with heavy load in the back. So far so good, no problems.
