EGT Temps
I have block off plates with stock probe in the top front block off plate. On auto agent I only have one EGT temp that actually reads(only under acceleration). My temps don’t get over 300ish so I know something must be wrong. Wondering why it’s not reading correctly up to 1000 + ?? Any info ???

its just an EZlynk and my stock EGT probe. So my question is, do I need an aftermarket probe or something.

I’m reading it through the Auto Agent app plugged into a splitter for that and my steps. I have full SPE piping kit and block off plates with the stock EGT probe. I’m reading EGT sensor 11 because EGT 12 & 13 just show 2300 and are maxed out like they aren’t giving a reading. EGT 11 is reading in the 400s

You have to pull an egt probe from your dpf to plug into the block off plate. It should be the first probe on the dpf closest to the downpipe. Attached below is a thread with info sourced from PPEI. There's also a video for refence. The 43 minute mark is where he addresses your question. Hope this helps.
