My 90 F150, 351, pulles a 23 code which indicates a bad throttle position sensor. I want to check it with a ohm meter but I don't know what it is supposed to read. Could someone with a manual tell me what range of measurement is to be expected from this sensor. Jack W.

 

I bought a Haynes manuel at the auto parts store for about $11
With key on, .5 to 1.0 at idle.Rotate throttle to full open,should read 4.0 to 5.0.
