yea I had the feeling that wouldn’t cut it but I’m away from it rn and thought I’d try anyway. It’s coming from that pan looking thing with the cover that is vertical
White box is back end of oil pan, could be oil pan gasket. Or a rear main seal.
Blue box is flywheel cover plate, it just covers the bottom half of the fly wheel, it is removable.
Red box is front half of transmission. Could be the trans seal.
Is the drip on the bottom of the trans motor oil colored or red transmission fluid colored? Keep a close eye on your fluid levels. Remove the flywheel cover plate, and use some spray brake cleaner to clean all of that area all up. Wipe oil pan, and the bottom of the trans.
Bad thing is one drop oil can carry in the wind and go all over the place. 2wd and low to the ground, time for some metal car ramps or jack stands or BOTH. Worse case drive one side up on a curb.
Good call F5fordgirl, but when that sending unit leaks, it usually comes all down the very back side of the transmission. And the wind from driving carries it even further back. But still a good call, could even be the intake manifold S gaskets. The rear on is just in front of the sending unit.

it was oil last time I checked. Trans fluid stays same level. And it’s coming from the blue box you outlined
Well the blue box is at the bottom of the engine oil area. So I bet oil pan gasket or rear main seal.
also a few more details- leaks most after running at hottest temp (210) and after being on highway. Lost about half a quart after an 80 mile trek on the freeway. Doesn’t lose a lot if just going around town
interestingly enough I just installed a new carburetor and my mechanic eliminated the PCV system altogether and just used these breather plug things in the valve covers
