Is black stone reports a good indication of good health? I’ve had 4 and I like their reports of every sample taken and for 100k. looks to be doing well for an older truck! Nice to know how it’s doing!
I use them for UOAs and like Blackstone Labs. I will be sending in samples of my recent drain and fill for my 6R140 trans and a drain and refill for the transfer case. I am also sending them a virgin sample of Motorcraft Mercon LV to be compared to the two used samples. More details will be on my truck thread when they complete the reports. Stay tuned.
When I was running extended oil change intervals on my prior truck I tested at every oil change using Blackstone Labs. With this truck I'm changing oil every 5,000 miles so there's no need to see if the oil is doing OK. Knowing if there are high levels of certain metals would be good. I still have a couple of test kits that I might make use of.

I like how they do provide everything they find and they also comment how it’s doing based on the report
