Intermittent Gem Issue

I got a 01 7.3 Excursion that has been acting up. Many months ago the GEM stopped working and out a new one since I found no evidence of water intrusion. It worked perfect for a while and now it has become intermittent. My issues are the common: no keyless entry, 4x4, wipers, windows. I get none of these when I first go to the truck in the morning but they work as soon as I start the truck up for a few seconds-minutes and then hear a relay click under the dash and all said problems occur.

On a long drive, the Gem started working again 30 minutes later and worked for hours. Stopped for fuel, and after starting it again, a few seconds went by and heard the click, and now nothing.

It seems as if water is leaking in the common lower left and causing these issues but there is no moisture visible after a heavy rain anywhere.

Any input that can lead me in the right direction is helpful.
