Replacement Mirror - Part Number?
I was backing my 2019 F-150 into the driveway the other night, and unfortunately my right tow mirror hit one of my trees and crumbled the arms & housing. Needless to say - I need a new mirror.
The dealer can get me a new mirror for $1250, but I'm hoping to find a used one online and save a few $$$. Where I'm having trouble is finding the exact replacement. After I took off my broken mirror, I can see that the part number is JL34-17682-AGF5YGY. I can find plenty of mirrors with JL34-17682, and I've even found one that is JL34-17682-AGE5YGY, but I can't quite tell if it'll work. I THINK that AG is the revision code and that the letters after should not matter (3rd character possibly being a minor sub-revision), but I can't seem to find a straight answer. Searching for my exact part number yields nothing.
What numbers do I need to be concerned about matching? JL34-17682-AG? How close do I need to get to make sure it is a duplicate mirror?

You'd probably be better off calling your parts guy back and getting the number from him. Or you could check with www.tascaparts.com
But when searching places you'll need to know if it is: power, blind spot, folding, heated. All of those will play into the part number.
