Vacuum lines
Once running we will come back to this.
Ok I dont see any wires hooked to the coil how did you test for spark?
A wire from the trucks harness should have power with the key to run.
Do you have a way to measure the volts on this wire and if so what is it?
This wire goes to the + side of the coil.
The wire from the dist. points goes to the - side of coil.
If the points ground like they should you may see them spark.
If you use a test light on the neg side of the coil and turn the motor over it should flash when the points open & close and the coil should put out spark.
If the test light dose not flash do you have power on the + side of coil?
If so recheck the points if the contacts are clean and are in fact closing as they may look like they are but are not closing.
You can also check if the plate the points are screwed to is grounded, no ground no spark.
There should be a small ground wire from points plate to dist. body.
The other thing for no spark could be a bad condenser. If you have another maybe replace it and test again.
You may need to call on the point replacement kit needed for your truck.
Good luck

The fitting on the cap on the valve cover is the fresh air make up for the PCV system and went to the factory air filter.
Some after market filters like yours has a fitting you screw to the bottom part after you knock a part out to open it up.
I dont know what that other white thing is up on the fire wall.
As a guess I would say based on the F750 large truck it has vacuum asst. brakes.
Do you have a "brake" gauge in the gauge cluster?
If so I wonder if that other nipple went to the gauge? It would also have a low vacuum or air alarm so if it dropped below a set PSI / HG the alarm would sound.
Again just a guess what it is to. Follow the other end of the hose to see where it goes to as that would help.
