I’ve been trying to redo some of the old brittle vacuum lines on my ‘91, 5.8L f250, after I accidentally snapped one, and I’m confused about where one of the lines is supposed to go. Any help is appreciated.

 

The red one? It goes to the intake manifold. I take it that the vacuum diagram under the hood is missing?

 

Black line? should go back to vacuum tree, on upper intake, and connect to MAP, on fire wall passenger side.

Sorry I should’ve been more specific it’s a red line that comes out of the side of the module near the ignition coil. The general area is circled in the first picture. The actual connection( I’ve already put a new black hose onto it) is circled in the second picture.

 

that is your tab tad connections, has the emissions/smog been removed or attempted, do you have emissions check? That goes to a diverter for emissions control, one should have been yellow, and the other was pink/salmon (not faded red), should have vacuum label under hood or click on link I posted, get you fixed up.
