Hmm, I still haven't seen any fuel pump recalls for my 2019. Maybe it's a TSB. It would be listed on your service invoice.The only one I've found so far that sounds like that is TSB 21-2057. But it only applies to 2020-2021.

Either way, with the key off the pump shouldn't be pumping and causing the fuel to keep running. Do you hear the pump with key off? The 2017's were the one year that had issues with siphoning. Some of the techniques posted above worked for them. Another that I've heard some do is to remove the whole bottom of the filter housing not long after opening the drain. Looks like a mess but apparently that works too.
