My 2005 F250 King Ranch with digital ac controller has no power on the controller. I have checked, and tested, all fuses and relays to no avail. I switched headlight switch on and off a few times in the past and restored power to it. This time that did not help. I also disconnected both batteries for an hour and that did not help either. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated

Sounds like you might want to pull the GEM behind the fuse box & make sure there's no moisture/damage in it.
When voodoo like tricks make unrelated electrical components start to work, that's generally your culprit.

I cannot find the BCM (GEM ) on my 2005 Ford F250 King Ranch SD 4x4 6.0 diesel. Anyone out there have any clue as to it's location. I looked behind the fuse panel and did not see anything that looked like it.

It's bolted to the rear of the interior fuse panel.
